The Justice Division earlier this month announced it’s suing the state of Virginia for eradicating non-citizens from its voter rolls.

The lawsuit comes two months after Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin (R) issued an govt order that codifies election safety procedures to guard the 2024 election towards intentional fraud.
