Day 2 of the continuing Northern Hall Integration Initiatives (NCIPs), cluster conferences for Single Customs Territory and the Technical Officers’ Assembly of the Immigration, Tourism, Commerce, Labour, and Companies (ITTLS) Cluster on the Radisson Blue Resort in Kigali, marked a pivotal second in implementation of the directives from the 14th NCIPs Heads of State Summit.
