The Kaduna State Police Command has arrested three members of a infamous kidnapping syndicate terrorising the Kaduna-Abuja freeway and neighbouring states.
The Command’s Public Relations Officer, ASP Mansir Hassan, said this in a press release in Kaduna on Friday.
