UNITED NATIONS, United States: Simply 12 vehicles distributed meals and water in northern Gaza in two-and-a-half months, support group Oxfam stated on Sunday (Dec 22), elevating the alarm over the worsening humanitarian situation within the besieged territory.
“Of the meager 34 vehicles of meals and water given permission to enter the North Gaza Governorate over the past 2.5 months, deliberate delays and systematic obstructions by the Israeli army meant that simply twelve managed to distribute support to ravenous Palestinian civilians,” Oxfam stated in a press release, in a rely that included deliveries by way of Saturday.
