The Nigerian Communications Fee has permitted the disconnection of Change Telecommunications Ltd. from MTN Nigeria community because of the non-settlement of interconnect costs.

NCC stated the disconnection of the Change Telecommunications to MTN was in accordance with Part 100 of the Nigerian Communications Act, 2003 and the Tips on Process for Granting Approval to Disconnect Telecommunications Operators, 2012.
“On the expiration of 5 days from the date of this discover, MTN will discontinue passing voice and information visitors by means of Change and can, thereafter, utilise various channels in interconnecting with different community service suppliers.
“Please notice that this disconnection will subsist till in any other case decided by the fee,” it stated.
