The Humanitarian and Social Affairs Directorate of the ECOWAS Fee, which is dedicated to enhancing its requirements of implementation of humanitarian programmes within the West African area, recognises the indispensable function of sturdy Monitoring and Analysis (M&E) and monetary mechanisms to evaluate the influence of its programmes and interventions.
