The ACLU and Marketing campaign Authorized Middle misplaced an emergency lawsuit within the Arizona Supreme Courtroom to increase the deadline for Arizona mail-in poll curing as poll counting in Kari Lake’s Arizona Senate race continues.
Poll curing is a course of that enables voters to “remedy” their mail-in poll signature if it was inconsistent with earlier data.
The Gateway Pundit reported earlier that the RNC and Arizona GOP filed a response to the lawsuit arguing that the Plaintiffs’ request makes an attempt to subvert Arizona Statute, relies on inaccurate details about the variety of ballots awaiting signature verification, and that Doctrine of Latches bars the request made 4 days after the election. The RNC requested the Courtroom to disclaim what they describe as an “improper and late try and thwart the need of the Arizona Legislature.”
And the Courtroom agreed!
The deadline to remedy ballots in Arizona handed at 5 pm MST.
RNC legal professional Harmeed Dhillon posted the replace on X:

The lawsuit by the ACLU lacked “proof that ‘affordable efforts’ weren’t made to contact voters for the aim of curing inconsistent signatures,” the Courtroom stated.
