The founding father of Rapture Empowerment Worldwide in Osogbo, Osun State, Bishop Shina Olaribigbe, was stabbed to loss of life within the early hours of Thursday whereas trying to mediate a home dispute between a pair.
Particulars of the couple concerned stay unclear, however sources revealed that the spouse was an interpreter at Olaribigbe’s church situated across the BCGA space in Osogbo.
The couple, though not formally divorced, had a historical past of frequent altercations that led to them residing aside.
It was gathered that Olaribigbe, who was identified for intervening of their disputes, had gone to go to the spouse, who had been in poor health for a while.
The husband reportedly arrived on the residence early Thursday morning and located the clergyman within the room. Enraged by the state of affairs, the husband allegedly attacked Olaribigbe.
