The Chairman, Nigerian Medical Affiliation, Akwa Ibom State chapter, Dr Aniekan Peter, has debunked media stories that the affiliation had been enmeshed in a recent disaster, labelling it as deceptive.
Aggrieved members of the affiliation had reportedly circulated an inside audit report, elevating rigidity {that a} recent disaster had erupted within the affiliation over the alleged misappropriation of funds by the previous Prof Emem Abraham-led govt council.
