On 13 November 2024, Mrs. Tongrudee Makboon, Deputy Everlasting Secretary of the Ministry of International Affairs, and Mr. Abderrahim Rahhaly, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Morocco to Thailand, together with Mrs. Hala Youssef Ahmed Ragab, Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt to Thailand, collectively opened the African Café Week at Buakaew Brew by APCD situated on the Ministry of International Affairs. The occasion was attended by executives of the Ministry of International Affairs, diplomats from African Embassies in Thailand, members of the media, and representatives from Ethiopian Airways.
The African Café Week is held from 13 to twenty November 2024. On the opening day of the occasion, there was espresso brewing demonstration together with a collection of pastries from the Embassies of Egypt, Nigeria and Morocco. A wide range of drinks made out of African espresso beans, teas, and cocoa, sponsored by the African Embassies accredited to Thailand and Ethiopian Airways, highlighting the continent’s world-class merchandise of high-quality had been served and offered.
